We were the 61st company worldwide and in Germany one of the first three companies to receive a scientifically tested Science-Based Target. We were among the first ten companies in Germany to join the Science Based Targets initiative. In addition, we continue to align ourselves closely with the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations and to report on our annual progress. Since 2018, Symrise has also been one of the now over 1,700 companies all over the world that supports the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD). Accordingly, we report climate-related facts, figures and data in our Sustainability Record and also refer to the covered reporting requirements of the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB).
